Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DOCK1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DOCK1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DOCK1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DOCK1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and UCS are the cancer types where DOCK1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
