DOCK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,038 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTRN, ANKRD40, and SAMD8. Each is linked with DOCK1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK1-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOCK1 versus UTRN in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
