DOCK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,764 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BP4, FERMT3, and GMIP. Each is linked with DOCK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK1-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOCK1 versus SH3BP4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
