Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,026 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DOCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMCN1, LMOD1, and VSTM4. Each is linked with DOCK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK1-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOCK1 versus HMCN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
