DOCK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,670 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERO1A, MTHFD1, and SLC37A1. Each is linked with DOCK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK1-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERO1A grouped by DOCK1-low versus DOCK1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
