Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, S6_pS240_S244, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with DOCK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK1-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK1 results are reported.
