Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,749 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippo signaling, Negative regulation of hippo signaling, and Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi. Each is linked with DOCK1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK1-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK1 results are reported.
