DOC2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOC2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,400 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOC2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRT2, KAT2A, and PCSK4. Each is linked with DOC2A in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOC2A-to-partner and partner-to-DOC2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOC2A versus PRRT2 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOC2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOC2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
