DOC2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOC2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,236 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOC2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNKS1BP1_S1138, PPP1R18_S368, and RIPK1. Each is linked with DOC2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOC2A-to-partner and partner-to-DOC2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOC2A versus TNKS1BP1_S1138 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOC2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOC2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
