DOC2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOC2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,180 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOC2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PRODH, and PIK3IP1. Each is linked with DOC2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOC2A-to-partner and partner-to-DOC2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOC2A versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOC2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOC2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
