DOC2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOC2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 403 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOC2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HASPIN, BRD9P1, and RNU6-258P. Each is linked with DOC2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOC2A-to-partner and partner-to-DOC2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HASPIN grouped by DOC2A-low versus DOC2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOC2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOC2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
