DOC2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOC2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOC2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha_pS118, PDK1_pS241, and Lck. Each is linked with DOC2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOC2A-to-partner and partner-to-DOC2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha_pS118 grouped by DOC2A-low versus DOC2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOC2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOC2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
