Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNTTIP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNTTIP1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher DNTTIP1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNTTIP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
SARC and SKCM are the cancer types where DNTTIP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
