DNTT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNTT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,778 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNTT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF7, TMEM62, and DCLRE1A. Each is linked with DNTT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNTT-to-partner and partner-to-DNTT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF7 grouped by DNTT-low versus DNTT-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNTT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNTT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
