Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNTT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,235 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNTT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Response to transition metal nanoparticle, and Neutrophil-mediated killing of fungus. Each is linked with DNTT in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNTT-to-partner and partner-to-DNTT results are reported.
