DNTT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNTT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNTT-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA6, VCY1B, and VCY. Each is linked with DNTT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNTT-to-partner and partner-to-DNTT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA6 grouped by DNTT-low versus DNTT-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNTT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNTT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
