Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNPEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,435 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNPEP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptide antigen transport, Response to dehydroepiandrosterone, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with DNPEP in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNPEP-to-partner and partner-to-DNPEP results are reported.
