DNPEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNPEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are B9D1, TTK, and CCNG1. Each is linked with DNPEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNPEP-to-partner and partner-to-DNPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B9D1 grouped by DNPEP-low versus DNPEP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
