DNMT3L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNMT3L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 102 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFC1B, RNU6-478P, and RNA5SP223. Each is linked with DNMT3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT3L-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFC1B grouped by DNMT3L-low versus DNMT3L-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMT3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMT3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
