DNMT3L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNMT3L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC35G4, MAGEB4, and FTHL17. Each is linked with DNMT3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT3L-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC35G4 grouped by DNMT3L-low versus DNMT3L-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMT3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMT3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
