Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNMT3L-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DNMT3L-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DNMT3L-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNMT3L-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, KIRC, and HNSC are the cancer types where DNMT3L-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
