DNMT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNMT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,728 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, GINS1, and E2F1. Each is linked with DNMT1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT1-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNMT1 versus MCM5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
