Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, 14-3-3_beta, and ACC1. Each is linked with DNMT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT1-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT1 results are reported.
