Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,438 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, Constitutive heterochromatin formation, and Negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with DNMT1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT1-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT1 results are reported.
