DNMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,454 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23C, PPP6R2, and PARD6A. Each is linked with DNMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT1-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR23C grouped by DNMT1-low versus DNMT1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
