DNMBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNMBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,894 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TYROBP, THEMIS2, and SLK. Each is linked with DNMBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMBP-to-partner and partner-to-DNMBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNMBP versus TYROBP in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
