DNMBP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNMBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,204 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGF, CAV1, and IGFBP7. Each is linked with DNMBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMBP-to-partner and partner-to-DNMBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNMBP versus PGF in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
