DNMBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNMBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,434 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERLIN1, BUB3, and HERC4. Each is linked with DNMBP in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMBP-to-partner and partner-to-DNMBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNMBP versus ERLIN1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
