Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNM2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNM2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher DNM2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SCLC, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where DNM2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
