Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNM2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNM2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher DNM2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

COAD, HNSC, and GBM are the cancer types where DNM2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
