Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,864 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUVBL1, LIN9, and ZNF639. Each is linked with DNM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM2-to-partner and partner-to-DNM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNM2 versus RUVBL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
