Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,993 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Endosomal transport, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with DNM2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM2-to-partner and partner-to-DNM2 results are reported.
