DNM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 669 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10T2, NUP43, and MMS22L. Each is linked with DNM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM2-to-partner and partner-to-DNM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10T2 grouped by DNM2-low versus DNM2-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
