The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher DNM1P48 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNM1P48 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and PRAD are the cancer types where DNM1P48 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
