Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM1P41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,622 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNM1P41-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Protein acylation, and Protein targeting to vacuole. Each is linked with DNM1P41 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1P41-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1P41 results are reported.
