Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM1P35 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNM1P35-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells and Macrophages. Each is linked with DNM1P35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1P35-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1P35 results are reported.
