Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNM1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNM1L data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DNM1L Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNM1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where DNM1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
