DNM1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,189 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNM1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIF1, LIG3, and CIT. Each is linked with DNM1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1L-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNM1L versus RIF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNM1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNM1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
