DNM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, MSH2, and Rb. Each is linked with DNM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by DNM1-low versus DNM1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
