Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,907 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with DNM1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1 results are reported.
