Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNLZ Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNLZ data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher DNLZ Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNLZ expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS are the cancer types where DNLZ Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
