DNLZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNLZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNLZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-340P, RN7SL392P, and RN7SKP135. Each is linked with DNLZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNLZ-to-partner and partner-to-DNLZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNLZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNLZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
