DNER

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNER RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,965 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNER-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRBP, IRS2_S1100, and IRS2_S577. Each is linked with DNER in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNER-to-partner and partner-to-DNER results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNER→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
