Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNER protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,769 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNER-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SNRPD3, and GRK3. Each is linked with DNER in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNER-to-partner and partner-to-DNER results are reported.
