DNER

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNER mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,220 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNER-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1S3, GNPNAT1, and C1QBP. Each is linked with DNER in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNER-to-partner and partner-to-DNER results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNER→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
