Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNER mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNER-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, FASN, and S6. Each is linked with DNER in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNER-to-partner and partner-to-DNER results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNER→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
