The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher DND1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DND1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PAAD and UCEC are the cancer types where DND1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
