DNASE2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNASE2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX18, MIR8081, and MTCYBP11. Each is linked with DNASE2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE2B-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX18 grouped by DNASE2B-low versus DNASE2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNASE2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNASE2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
