DNASE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNASE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,651 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CC2D1A, COLGALT1, and DOCK10_S1257. Each is linked with DNASE2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE2-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNASE2 versus CC2D1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNASE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNASE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
