DNASE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNASE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 441 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548W, RNU6-286P, and RNU6ATAC21P. Each is linked with DNASE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE2-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548W grouped by DNASE2-low versus DNASE2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNASE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNASE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
